  The information       report on sharks
link to a video about sharks
Did you know sharks have been living for a long time; they have been living since the
Devonian era
over 400millon years ago. Most of the time the sharks have ruled the sea as  predators of
any living thing that
wishes to breathe its last. However sharks haven't always been the sea's natural predator.
Keep reading to find out more
about this and for more information about sharks.

Where do sharks live?
Sharks can be found nearly everywhere except for in Antarctica due to how cold it is there.
Some sharks just swim constantly without sleeping, which means it doesn't have a pictacular place where it stays in the sea:,
however some sharks like the bull shark live in caves in the ocean, on edges of rocks  near by the shore.
As you might have heard about the mysterious goblin shark, one of the world's ugliest animals to ever live.
The goblin shark lives  over 4990 meters  deep down the sea and the Goblin sharks are most located in the japanese seas.

Do sharks have an environmental danger?
In a fact yes they do, sharks are mostly going to lose over 90% of their population in the next 5deacades
The sea needs sharks to balance the ecosystem by killing sea creatures so the population in the ocean doesn't go
wild. Sharks, like any sea creature are affected by pollution in the sea,it's even the sea's environmental danger. Most
of the time sharks are eating plastic which is bad for their body, oils in the sea making sharks  suffocate to death.
Another thing that can harm sharks by oil is toxic chemicals in the crude from the fish that they eat.

What does a shark look like?
Sharks are big sea creatures with sharp teeth and big mouths.
Sharks  are fearsome they will fight anything that comes to
it and causes a problem. Sharks are grey colored sea creatures
Most sharks have six  fins, and two dorsal fins which means they have
8 fins all together. Sharks have two eyes like any other sea creature, sharks also have
5 lines on them which are their gills, their gills are by their  mouth by a couple cm away. A
sharks gills make them breathe underwater if they never had their gills they would not be able to breathe underwater.

What is a shark's predator?
Because of their size sharks don't get picked on that much but in fact yes they do read below to find out.
Sharks are strong but not the strongest sharks  sometimes encounter orcas which i
s the sharks predator orcas would usually win in a fight against a shark but sometimes
the sharks can get lucky and get a visos bite into the orcas head. Apart from that sharks have another predator
which is humans, humans hunt sharks and make fin soup which is made  with the white tip reef shark.

Conclusion

Sharks at the end of the day rule the sea they take there and eat anything, sharks
are storm swimmers and have a sure good bite. I hoped you have learnt something in this information report,
maybe you could make your own information report.

This week we had to do some facts on a countrys food.

Information report on polar bears.

POLAR BEARS
-Information report on polar bear Introduction: Polar bears are big animals, but did you know that there are over 22,000 to 31,000 of their population and their kind will be dropped 30% in 2050. How much do you think will still be left in 2050?

Do polar bears have any dangers? In fact yes they do, due to climate change all the ice in the north hemisphere and the Arctic are evaporating which is causing the polar bears dens in the ice to melt and make them have nowhere to live. (Humans)

Where do polar bears live? A polar bear's habitat is in a den made with ice located in through a hill of ice. As you might ask how they make their dens. First of all they grab out their sharp claws and dig right into a stable mound of ice about 20m deep through. What is a polar bear's predator, what do you think?.

Do polar bears have a predator?
Polar bears are the biggest type of bear. The male bear weighs about 450kgs and a female weighs in about 150 to 250, because of their size they dont get messed around that much but every creature has a predator such as the polar bear. A polar bear's predator is the human kind, some humans in Canada hunt polar bears for their thick white fluffy fur and meat

. Food
A polar bear's unique diet is all mainly meat, most of its daily diet is seals.Even sometimes the eat beluga whales(but only when they are stranded. Conclusion I hope you have learnt something in this information report. And if you were ever by a polar bear face to face what you would do would you be scared, safe, calm or would you just make it your pet.
